A New Day, A New Job

The Greece stories are coming soon, but for now my reality is my new job. I started it the day after I got home from my trip to Greece. Even though it is a new job... in reality, it is my old 'Stomping Ground'. I used to be a morning show DJ on one of the radio stations here, but now I am returning as their Web Director (and doing DJ'ing on the side). No more early mornings as a morning show host. I miss the energy from it, but I LOVE the fact that the kids and I can sleep in like normal people. No more 3 am wake up calls!
Anyhoo, I had better get back to my job... my milk chocolate break is up. =-)

PICK A LITTLE, TALK A LITTLE... How Do Couples Do It?

Pick a little, talk a little, pick a little, talk a little... Cheep cheep cheep, talk a lot, pick a little more!

MERCY! Seriously, who knows how couples survive? It boggles my mind at how fierce couples can get with one another and still stay with each other and be madly in love. I say this because the minute any problem arose in my marriages (2 total), the man up and left me... never to be heard from again. Because of this, I am seriously confused at the longevity of toxic relationships. How do they stay together. What's the secret?

Now, I know what you are thinking:

"Zoey, why are you talking about this? We want to hear about your trip to Greece!"

Well my friends... THIS was the reality of my trip to Greece. I went on a trip with a toxic couple who tend to argue a lot. I had hoped to find the key to "sticking it out". Instead, I got into a fight with the guy, my best friend... and said some words that... if I typed them on here it would make my mother blush. I guess I'm not meant to be in ANY relationship. I have so many stories... I don't even know where to begin. So, let me sort out my pictures... edit some video... and then I'll have some juicy nuggets of joy for you all!

UPDATE: Videos Are Now Posted!!!!

OFF I GO!

Here it is... the day has finally arrived! I'm off like a dirty shirt... breaking out like a rash... making like a baby and 'headin' out'. ha ha
I am such a slacker... I mean, I am leaving the COUNTRY for the first time EVER in the next 10 minutes and my suitcase is still not packed fully (laundry still drying). I know, I know! But that's just who I am.
I'll be in NYC tonight and all afternoon tomorrow (just in case Gerry Butler will be in NYC, and is reading my blog) =-)
Well, I had better finish packing. Ciao Belle
I'll be checking in throughout my trip

CASTLE OF PAIN?

Whilst sitting with my son, I asked him what he wanted to be when he grows-up. Turned out to be quite interesting!

I'm Going to Athens, Greece in 3 DAYS!!!

Wow... I still can't believe it! I'm a single mom of 3, and not in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would make it back to New York where I grew up... let alone go out of the country to visit GREECE! That's right, I am leaving for Greece in 3 days. We are going to stop in New York City first and stay the night. We plan to catch a Broadway Play (Always a dream of mine!) and then we are off to Greece! I keep picking up my passport (something I thought I would never own) and I open it over and over again to make sure the face hasn't chnaged in the picture. Nope, still me! I have a good friend, my old radio co-host on a morning show I was on, named Adam. He always takes a trip out of the country every year. This year, he invited me to go along with him. (He had recently broken up with his long time girl friend) .

Disappear ~ POOF ~ Reappear

Yes... I am averaging a year in between my posts these days. I have been so busy working that I fell behind. And when I finally was able to find time to blog, I did it via Vlogging (Video-Blogging) on my YouTube account. But my family has recently embraced technology (finally), so I can share my digital world with them, whilst experiencing theirs. My friend Trish is also an avid blogger as well, and she has inspired me to delve back into my creative side.

So here we go... lets see if I can keep this up.
