Breathing a sigh of relief. The children and I sat together for a small prayer for those who have been hurt, and begged God to spare others in the wake of the Haiti and Chile tragedies. We were comforted in knowing our prayers were heard... among the thousand and thousands that were offered up for Hawaii, Japan, Australia and so on. I am usually not one to wax spiritual on my blog... but I can't help but announce my gratitude for the situation.
And while we are grateful nothing deadly came of the tsunami, we are still mourning over the death toll and damage in Chile. You are in our hearts and prayers too.
